This series was inspired by a customer with a super-small lot who needed a small, low-prim house for it. Each cottage in the series can be used on a small lot as the main home, or as a guest cottage on a larger estate. Each appears first as a Freebie of the Month, then goes on sale. (Collect ‘em all!)
The Garden Shed itself is copy/mod and contains 31 prims and measures 8.6 x 7.4 meters. And of course there are freebie accessories:

All the freebies are copy/mod and separate from the house, so they can be easily moved or removed. But they will be set out when the house is first rezzed, for a total of 95 prims that will be rezzed.
TO SET UP YOUR HOME: Just take the box out of your inventory, and put it on the ground. Drag "Garden Shed in Rez-Faux - Box Copy" from the "Contents" tab in "Edit" to your inventory, and then to the ground. Then "touch" this little yellow box, click "Help," and follow the easy "Instructions for Buyers" inside.
LOCKING YOUR DOOR: There's probably not much need to lock a garden shed, but this door locks if you want it to. The Aeon Vox door security system offers many options, including limiting use to specific avatars or groups..
But basically, all you do to lock your doors is left-click and hold over the door, and after a few short moments, your setup menu will appear. Then click "lock" or "unlock" to work the door. See the instruction notecard included in the box for all the other options.
(Also included in the box is the optional central controller for the door system, but you won't need it for a building this size.)
