South Beach Home A Revision. L$ 650!
While staying in Miami's South Beach District I decided to model a home with the feel of a 1950's stucco home with wood floor , doors and balcony. Most textures and sound were created for this project. Most of all I wanted it to be affordable and value packed.

REZZER BOX:
To place your home, drag the "South Beach Home A Rezzer" out of your inventory and choose the REZ option.
Use the edit controls of the rezzer box to position your home on your lot. You can walk through your home and make sure everything is to your liking. Make further adjustments by moving the box, NOT THE HOME.
Once satified with your placement click on the rezzer and choose the STORE command.

CONTROLLER:
The house controller has its own help menu. Controls for locking doors, access list maintanance, access levels , link alignment, and channel selection are all done using the main controller. Setting the controller to tenant mode will allow Hippotech Rental Boxes to set access to the new tenant. You must have a HippoTech Door Plugin to use it.

SOUNDS:
Door sounds are unique to this model home. Enviromental sound is controlled by clicking on the top of the Lantern on the upper deck. The Lantern will glow blue at night time hours.

SMART LIGHT SYSTEM:
The house uses our Smart Light system on all outside lights. Included with the home is a builders Smart Light kit so you can add more lights to your existing system. Smart Lights are full perm.

SCRIPT EXTRAS:
The Faux Align Link Script can be used to drop into any additional component you want to keep in alignment with the home. It must be within 20 meters of the controller. Drop the script into the new object and use the "Get Data" button on the alignment menu of the controller to set your new objects position. If something goes out of placement just use the align function of the controller.

Teleport Script:
Enclosed is a generic Teleport script which can be used to replace the standard ones in case you don't like our default locations. THIS script by default is NOT RUNNING.
