I have a new house, with the wonderful name 1536 House #6.
It is 165 Prims, copy/mod/no trans and costs $1000. It has a footprint of 30x30m.
Its a big simple place ready to furnish and live in. This house has a working hottub and comes with window and door scripting. If you want a security scanner then IM me and I have one that is available for no added charge to my customers.
The house, like all my others comes packed in a rezzing box, which you can use to pickup and take away the house to move to another location.
