Note: Since it's modifiable, it's your decision to take out the shades and the extra glass windows, plus the little detailed screws or so. My building technique is try to go for detailed buildings, though, if my customers feel that they want a more simple and low prim design, then I will give that to them.
EDIT: Instead of the white transparent walls, I've replaced the walls to a texture that has a light effect on it. So those of you willing to do a store, this is a good combo texture for this building. If you're doing an office, feel free to remove it
