no mega prims were used .
entering through the main gate you have a court yard with 500sqm's of lawn and 500sqm's paved, with ample space to set up out building such as stables,
there are two huge rooms on the ground floor both very highly textured joined by an archway, the floors are conected by stairs, on the first floor you have a HUGE area i like to call it the banquet hall but party space is good too
this room is 800sqm's 20m x 40mon split level in oak panellling and plush red carpet, ( all rooms have textured cielings)
the stairs lead up to the top floor which is very highly textured and pure luxery,
with 2 archways one leading on to a balcony and the other leads to the roof terrace,
this build has just been finished and boxed using rezz-faux and has not been put on the market yet it is how ever rezzed on my homestead and ready to view. even if your not looking for a build this big pop along and take a sneaky look
