In Second Life, I've been making very popular Luminaria for quite a while. Now I've made some with Summertime Designs on them!
The textures make them look like real paper bags, and they are only one prim, and copyable, so you can put out as many as you like to give your home a welcoming, festive look.
When the Owner touches them, a menu appears that allows you to pick from 10 different designs (or none, if you want a plain paper bag.)
You can also choose from 25 Bag Colors, and 10 Light colors (or you can just choose to have the Light match the bag.)
You have the option of having the Luminaria "On" or "Off". On shows a texture that looks like the candle glowing in the bag (as shown) and Off changes the texture so it's just a plain paper bag, (with the design, if you chose one, of course.)
If you want it lit, you can have it just be Full Bright, or you can have it actually affect Local Lights, which gives your walkway real illumination, if you have Local Lights enabled.
And, of course, you can set it for Auto Bright, or Auto Light, so it will turn itself on at dusk, and off at dawn.
