Each eye set comes with two system eyes (they have the little eyeballs icon next to them in your inventory): one with "natural" whites, and one with slightly brighter whites. They also include matching prim eyes in four sizes for each of the two types of whites (8 pairs total). If you own two or more eye sets you can mismatch your eye colors!
As a limited-time bonus, I've put a special edition set of eyes in the Ephemeral Creations update group freebie vendor. These eyes will not be sold, only given out for special occasions.
