I've been working like a fiend on this little number and I've finally got something to release! It doesn't have a name I simply call it "Halter Dress" Imaginative huh?? It comes in 11 vibrant colours and the skirt, Glitch pants and prim skirt are all modifiable so you can make it fit you perfectly!
