The "Kuhn" dress!
A layered looking mini dress (or babydoll top!) The top layer being a frilled dress, topped with a laced bib. Empire waist cut, with a sash to mark it. The bottom of the skirt is trimmed with lace, just for that extra sense of "hey, I'm a super classy woman." Underneath, a gathered camisole with two sculpted prim bows. Again - what a fancy lady!
