The disc on the teardrop pendant is a picture album allowing you to change display picture on touch(left click it!).
To add or remove pictures, simply right-click the necklace and go to the content tab of the build menu and drag in/out the relevant picture from/into your inventory.
Keep fond memories close at heart!
This necklace is Mod/Copy/No Transfer, so have fun creating as many different sets of albums as you wish!
