Just one small new release at Tekeli-li this week, it's been a busy one, a scripted mala which changes color in three sections.
Used for meditative purposes, a mala is a set of prayer beads typically used to help count mantras in Buddhist spiritual traditions. Although a full-sized mala has 108 beads, there are variant smaller versions containing less beads, in multiples of 108. The 27-bead mala is a common variation. This design is copy/mod, and created with a combination of traditional prims and sculpted beads to create a hand-carved effect, with a bit of flexi on the tassle to add a touch more realism.
