Slight adjustments may be necessary as we are of different shapes and sizes.
Wear it, right-click to edit lipring, pull arrows to position!
Attachment point set to mouth.
If completely hidden inside your AV, right-click in inventory to 'attach to' a different place to pull the lipring out a little and then detach and attach to mouth or where you may fancy LOL! Enjoy!
