My new dress does just that (without bling! hehe)
The first of my 2009 Holiday sets... "Sparkle" comes in red, green, black and gold and as you can see in the picture... it has LOTS of options plus the matching stiletto shoes.
They're in the center of the womens store @ Stellar. Hope you love em' as much as I do!
