The bag includes two AO-friendly hold poses: a narrow one suitable for most male avatars, and a wider arm suitable for females. Or men with massive hips, it's not my mess. You can select either pose - or indeed turn them off completely - via a touch activated menu.
Three base sizes are included and C/M/NT permissions mean you can resize it to your heart's content.
