I have 4 packs of mini skirts, ten in each pack at Baby Monkey in Dindrane Elfor.
The pack are plaids, plains, polka dots and prints, and I attach an image from each pack. They are just L$50 per pack.
Because these are quite short I have included a copy and tintable thong in each pack, but you don't need glitch pants. These sit just below the waist on a waist band, and look very cute. They are copy and modify for a perfect fit.
