Battlefleet Gothic in SL?

Hello all,

For a long time now (lessee, about 4 years, or so) I, in conjunction with several other individuals have been, as a hobby, converting RL tabletop games into SL.

Over the past few months I have been inspired to restart development on one of my old favorites, a game by Games Workshop, called Battlefleet Gothic.

For a long time, these miniatures that I build had the problems of being a) way too primmy, and b) far to hard to play a game with, having no scripting, given the awkwardness of the build tools.

However, I'm happy to say that, while still primmy as ever, (I'm workin on sculpties, I swear) I've scripted the entire rules and movement into the miniatures, and can now easily play a game of BFG in SL in the same or even less time than it takes to play it in RL.

I just thought I'd throw this out here and see if anyone is interested in perhaps playing a futuristic, spaceship combat game. Rules are free online, from the specialist games section of www.gamesworkshop.com

Peace!

I've seen a few hints of your past works, here and there; the occasional Bearhammer pictures and a few groups. If only it was easier to find. The lack of a website or blog in 2009 is criminal.

I tried out the experimental rules that came in an issue of White Dwarf, but never actually got into Battlefleet Gothic. Still, I'd be very keen to see your work.
