A Quick FYI for all you BRIXX Addixx out there...

Hi all:

A number of people have been asking about the recent lack of BRIXX tournaments in the last week or so. Just to let everyone know, there's been a number of factors in the last week that's been in essence delaying the tournaments:

- The first and most obvious - 1.7 upgrade! I've given BRIXX a few test runs and had to make some minor scripting revisions to work in the new environment. Not to mention the current upgrade-related lag makes it all but impossible to play the game in any sort of sensible speed; hopefullly this will be passing soon.

- The other big delay factor - I've been all week prepping the BRIXX system for final sale! The vending machine is nearly done, and I've been writing up the user license and setting resell permissions. However I'm nearly done, and will actually be putting BRIXX up for sale this week!

Have no fear, the BRIXX tournaments will be resuming soon, and with even more gusto than ever!

It's been a difficult week for us all, what with lag *and* being Brixx-less.

I can't wait to host my next tournament. Lucky for the rest of you, that means I can't beat you! <hehehe>

Hehe yeah I was looking to see if any Brixx games were out and about. But playing Brixx or anything else for that matter is gonna be problematic till the excessive lag and texture issues w/ 1.7 are addressed. Glad to hear that I will be seeing Brixx again soon.
