There are new versions of Jacks or Better and Joker Poker available for current owners (free upgrade). This is an optional upgrade but HIGHLY recommended.
1.) All prims to fullbright (no more light)
2.) All scripts HIGHLY optimized yet again in response to 1.7 script scheduling.
I spent many hours going every line of code with a fine toothed comb and pulled every trick in the book to optimize and in some cases total re-writes of algorythems to make this game run as fast as possible. This was in response to the poor performance of scripts following the 1.7 SL upgrade.
There are noticeable improvements in gameplay and response. There are no functional changes. People on laggy sims or running events with large attendance will see the biggest diffences with this upgrade. Everyone who has upgraded so far has reported a noticeable performance boost.
To upgrade contact me in world. Give me your old game and I will give you the new game. If you have a lot of hosts configured in your config note you might want to take a copy of that before the exchage so you don't have to type them all in again.
The new games are also on slexchange and in vedors at my casino in Epirrhoe. So if you buy a new game as of 11/05/05 this upgrade is not necessary.
Do NOT give me your old game while I am offline.
