DCS Role Playing - how to increase XP?

Hi. I hope this is the correct form for this quesiton.

Anyobyd know what are the different ways to increase the Experience levels (XP) under DSC2?

Also, any suggestions on how to increase the "Rage" level within the game?

Honestly, given the lack of response to your previous DCS2 question I'd have to suggest maybe you'd be better off asking these things over on the dcs2.org forums or in the specific DCS2 sim you're playing in. However I'll give this one a shot. Based on my limited time in Toxia, players earned XP by being in locations that give out small amounts of XP at random(?) times. The only place I can remember that did so there was a bar/club, I assume this is done to allow players to RP in social settings while still gaining XP. Of course you also gain XP via combat with other players although most RP sims require you to have justification before starting a fight and running around "killing" players for no reason is a good way to get yourself banned. Also in Toxia giant creatures were randomly spawned that everyone flocked to attack in order to gain XP as well.
