To all Kindred of the Isles of Nepenthe, take heed! Be you most assuredly honoured to know that you dwell no longer outside the refuge of a domain! Rejoice that your nights will no longer go unguided, nor unprotected, for the Invictus have seen fit to unify these lands in creation of a new and independent domain, to be called 'Nepenthe'. All dispensations of dominion over Nepenthe are granted, by right of reward of great service, to Horus of the House of Yaseotoko, honoured Elder of the Ventrue and noble Duke of the First Estate, whom shall henceforth bear the title Prince, will all its attendant privileges and responsibilities.
In his graciousness, Prince Horus and the House of Yaseotoko, offer all Kindred of his, and neighboring domains, invitation and Right of Passage to attend a grand fete in honour of the creation of this new domain and his appointment as its Prince, to be held in the private section of the club 'A Taste of Nepenthe' upon the main Isle of Nepenthe, on the 11th of November, 2006.
All Kindred of Nepenthe who present themselves and bow in fealty to the Prince shall have any former trespasses forgotten, and given full recognition of their status amongst both clan and covenant. All visiting Kindred of other domains are offered the Prince's hospitality and fond welcome to visit and view his domain. To ensure that all remains congenial, the Prince invokes Tranquility, to last from first hour of the 10th of November to the last hour of the 12th of November. Any Kindred who violates the Prince's Tranquility, or the tradition of Elysium, shall be staked out and left for the sun, regardless of domain, clan, covenant or status therein.
To make arrangements for travel and safe haven, the Prince directs all to contact his beloved companion and Seneschal, the Duchesse Laylah of the House of Yaseotoko.
