How would you like a nice big fruitcake? No? Too bad, because that's all we serve at the Frootcake Diner. We'll stuff you until you burst! If you give us a nice tip, though, we might pass some extra cakes over to your neighbor...
Frootcake is a simple strategy game for 3-5 players. I believe games should engage your attention without monopolizing it. Frootcake gives you plenty of decisions to make, while keeping the rules simple and the lag low. It's similar to Danger Zone, my winning entry in the 2006 Games Expo, in that you don't need a lag-free connection or a top of the line graphics card to play well.
Frootcake the game takes place in the Frootcake Diner. Built by Eggy Lippman and Moon Adamant, the Diner takes elements from 50's Googie architecture. We have two game tables set up with space for more, as well as music and dancing.
For our Grand Opening, we have a selection of 50's tunes spun LIVE by DJ Buttercup Tiger. And the Grand Opening Contest, with over L$10,000 in prizes given to the best Frootcake players of the evening.
