you can't delete and relist, because SLX has a "newest items" list. and if you delete your item, and repost it every day, you create an abuse of the entire purpose behind "newest items"

This is pretty straightforward. Stop deleting your products and trying to "bump" them.

I've always had good experiences with SLEX. Deleting and relisting will give you an advantage in getting items 'bumped' to the top of the recent listings, as well as circumventing their 'listing enhancements' they use to generate revenues for themselves...

I don't see anything specific on the site or in the TOS saying specifically you can't do this, but their TOS looks pretty complete in the way most are that you really have no recourse unless you want to fight it in court. And they can ammend this agreement at any point, so...
