The Suffugium Roleplayers are now actively seeking enforcers.

Just as they sound, enforcers are the police force of the state. They patrol the city looking for trouble, investigate tips by both citizens and informants, and arrest those they think are in violation of the law. Some of them may be good, some may be bad, that is the nature of the world. While it is not in their job description to mete out justice that doesn't mean they won't try.

Enforcers have to spend time filling out paperwork (or we'd like them to, doesn't mean they all will). They also have access to a special database of information that is kept on all citizens of Suffugium.

Standard issue equipment includes a generic pistol (you are free to use your own), bullet proof vests, flashlight, shotgun, and police radio. You will provide your own equipment. If you don't have these things we can help you find them.

Enforcers are not para-military though they will have riot gear soon.

Enforcers must be able to pass for human, either because they ARE human or they are a human looking experiment. Cyborgs, robots, or androids will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Furries are currently limited to an outlaw experiment classification. New roles are currently under development for them.

Suffugium is a non-combat sim. As an enforcer you may carry your guns visibly but any combat will be text based unless pre-arranged. We do not use any health systems so shooting people is really pointless anyways and may even be seen as griefing.

For more information as well as an application please IM Arianna Cela in-world.

So you are asking for applicants who will 1)buy uniforms and equpment and 2)fill out useless paperwork 3) pretend to enforce fascist regulations even tho they have no power or authority.

Are you also hoping that they will rent land to help pay for your sim?

From my experience, Suffigium is a well respected sim. I think that jumping to wild conclusions, as Mikyo did, would be a little noobish. It is as if Nexus Prime were looking for applicants to be part of a police force; wouldn't that be considered legitimate?

Yes, you should be on your guard in SL, but assuming that everyone is out to rip you off is a little paranoid. Could they be out to steal of you of your precious 100L or whatever it is for a uniform (even if you have to buy a uniform), is certainly possible. But that seems unlikely in this case. Who knows... all I'm saying is don't jump to conclusions.

I don't work at suffigium, nor do I know any of the owners, but again from past experience it is a good place to role play in. So, don't let any nay sayers scare you away if you're interested.

hey, I would join it if I wasn't in a police force right now (and if it paid atleast 175L or more). Sounds like something I would love to be apart of.
