Games systems for a dummy

I want a simple throwing knife and so mellee weapons to use on a sim using the Gorean Meter System - I go looking and shop owners think you have a degree in weaponry - it there somewhere I can learn what systems are compatable, what are safe system and what all the abbreviation etc mean ?

They say get this and add your own script! great! but where does one get a script? I've only I've seen cost thousands of Lindens? I'm a small time games player not a professional security guard in Iraq.

I am unclear as to what you're asking, though. Are you trying to break into weapon development, or are you just trying to buy some throwing knives? If you're looking for GM compatible throwing knives, I would be shocked if you couldn't find something on xstreetsl.com. If you're trying to make your own, however, you'll have to learn some LSL.
