Do the sploders count as gambling, and are therefore banned? I mean the ones where you put in any amount, even 1L$, and its distributed among the entrants (With a larger amount to one random entrant). I don't want to be using a banned item...

There's been thread after thread on this. Sploders are banned. Just read the description you gave. People put money in, money is dolled out to a winner based solely on chance with no skill. Banned!

New Xploders from TMYenterprises are legal

Hi...Check out the new, advertise based payout xploders from TMYentertainment. New and redone ! Even avail in the A.K. Xploder design cases! None look better!
These new ones are payout based on advertisers who pay into them theu tmy, only donations with no baring on who wins what can be added at the xploder location and they dont alter the payout from the tmy sight. But would add to a current payout. donating to that pot doesnt enter you to win , thats a seperate click and is free.
