I am creating a new prefab series and am looking to combine it into a Sim for advertisment.
The look is urban, modern, rundown, (zombie, vampire, etc.)
Am workingon having 12+ unique buildings in my prefabs..
What you get.. is a Custom built sim using my prefabs + all the extras that come along with it. The idea is to promote my builds in your sim. I will not only create a UNIQUE looking sim but do it in high quality with custom done textures all with prebaked lighting. All the extras that come with it. Set dressings, boxes, shelves, apts. etc.. everything.
What I ask in return. A small parcel of land for a shop so people who see my work can purchase it. This will be a lease on the land as long as my builds are used on it.

I'm barely interested but you're gonna need way more than 2 buildings to fill a sim, more like 30, plus infrastructure.

Not really a wrong catagory.. I am looking for RPG sims or ones that are in the process of rebuilding or new ones.. What better place than in the SL Games forum?
