Nope, land allocation in Preview is separate from the main grid, and owning land in Preview doesn't count against your tier level.

Due to the changes with the land buying process the preview grid cant connect to the same servers that the main grid uses, so there will be a dns error, this system allows you to uptier and purchase lindens on lindex, which are obviously not needed for preview, but there isnt currently a way to bypass this, so you'll have to stick to sandboxes or i will set some land to a group, in the sim balance.
