every time i try to access the preview grid; my client gripes about a new version needed. so i download, and it keeps reinstalling v 1.9.0(4) over and over again; not letting me access the grid. i have uninstalled both the regular and preview clients, restarted, redownloaded and reinstalled, and it is still the same issue. any suggestions?
