As oppose to the last preview 1.8 which was a fiasco, Vektor Linden is back in charge of 1.9 preview testing so 1.9 preview is back to being a great way of testing the future version of SL. I encourage all to go test it out. Like the one message said let us all go out and make a difference and make this next version stable and a great one by testing out 1.9.
