If the drag handles (the arrows on the editing axes) are inside a box consisting of 4 linked walls, they aren't visible from outside. They're there inside, but you can't see them through the walls. I don't think this is quite right.

Yeah -- we noticed that today too!  Actually, I don't see it on my PC using an NVIDIA graphics card. Can you please tell me what card you are using? The theory is that this is an ATI only issue. Thanks!

We created an internal bug for this issue in 1.9.0.9: Edit axes are not z-buffering to top, object "eats" edit axes It will be fixed in 1.9.0.10! Sorry for the strangeness.
