Ok, I'm cranky. For the second time this week, our sim Fraxini has gone down with 60 second notice. What gives? What on earth can be so urgent that we get just 60 seconds notice? Both times, this has happened right in the middle of an event where people were having a grand time (the latest, right now, being a wedding reception).

With 60 seconds notice, noone can do anything to get anywhere else. It's just a frustrating notice. Can you kindly explain what these region closing events are and why we get such short notice.
