Since when did almost 3 hours constitute as "very soon"? Just wondering since that was the origional statement in the announcements which I might add could have been posted a lot sooner.
I believe LL needs to revamp some priorities. When a problem arises your first step should be to inform you consumers and residents that you are aware of the problem and are working on it...NOT after the fact. Every company has customer service and it's pretty bad when I can get a hold of a cable company in a city of 2 million and get prompt and friendly service a lot faster than here. Doesn't make any sense to me. (not to mention credited for the downtime I may of experienced that didn't last more than 24hrs either. Oh and have even been sent coupons for free movies on payperview due to their shoddy service during a particular month which I never had to ask for btw.)
Also what the hell is live help for anyway? Never seemed to do any good I actually had to laugh when I was on hold waiting for billing on the phone today for nearly an hour. When I heard a advertisment for the friendly and courteous people in live help. Yea right. I myself never made it to live help as I was forced to relog instantly when the attack began.
It doesn't seem right to ignore those asking live help for answers and worse giving them all a generic blue pop up leaving them feeling more than ignored.
I am starting to wonder if there's any way shape or form to get something such as the better business bureau involved because it certainly doesn't seem like LL is giving ALL of us what we pay for. That should be at the very least DECENT, INFORMATIVE, COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've already cut my tier in half today and it looks as though it won't be long before I cut it all down as I am tired of wasting my money. How do you live with yourselves when there are people all over the world in dire need of help and you are taking money from hardworking honest people who just want to have fun and using it for your own personal pleasure. Cause this resident sure doesn't feel like it's her world, Her imagination anymore.
