Contracted Scripter Req for exclusive resell rights product

We are looking for a semi advanced scripter to undertake a contract to make us a product of a fairly simple build but maybe slightly advanced scripting.
Do not wish to give too much idea away publicly here but we are willing to pay the fee applicable for exclusive resell rights for the finished product.

Its not a new product to SL but rather a diferent version of an exsisting product we have seen and used.

Please notecard myself with you past scripting experience I will contact the most relevant person/s with a view to meeting to show you the type of thing we want creating and to discuss the fee.

Some basic building exp would be required as a cosmeticly appealing build is fairly important too.

Basic texturing skills required although the textures will be provided by myself.

The best suited scripter with the most reaslistic fee will be hired and an in world contract will be required outlining the end product will not be sold to another or any prototype or diferent versions of the same product will be made either. This is important after discusssing our plans for a product we saw and wanted a different version made with ful resell rights. The scripter went away came back wouldnt give us a straight answer on the fee but pointed out since speaking to us he had decided to make a diferent prototype of the same product to sell himself and as such wouldnt grant us totally exclusive rights

We need the end product to become the ours by ownership legally with no-one else gaining resell rights to it or any other version of the same product.

For this we are wlling to pay above the standard rate obviously.
