DJ Request Box

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone can help me with a script for a DJ Request Box. Wanted to make it easier for club visitors to send a song request to the DJ. i.e. so they don't have to search for the dj if they're wandering around, and possible so the dj him/her-self won't be flooded with IM requests. if anyone can help me out with this, thanks! Also would be nice to have the ability to share with a group that has multiple djs, so whoever's djing can "sign in" and the request will be sent only to him/her.
