Need Help -- IT "Play Tag" Script

I need some help creating a modified script like the one found in the IT "play tag" game that I have encountered in SL. Basically the script attaches a large floating IT over an avatar that remains until the avatar moves next to another to pass it along. I have seen several variants of this script.

Unfortunately the creator of IT is listed as "Nobody" so I cannot contact anyone for help.

What I need is a IT like script that will be used in a Capture the Flag game in HOLLYWOOD sim. Players will pilot Lee Linden's Bumper Boats (with cannon). The script will need to have a few special features to work properly as a tool for Capture the Flag.

I need the script for this coming Sunday. Anyone willing to give me a hand with this?
