need help with script for retractable video screen

heyaz I'm pretty new and i dont have any expierence at scripting although i think i have a fair understanding how it works, jus dont know the language... I think it would be a fairly easy script though,, i just need a script to drop into my video screen that will cause it to retract into the floor when touched or raise up when touched... any one have a simple script for something like that? any help would be appreciated
