Due to the wonky state of the forums, I am going to try something different from here on out. When you submit a new script to the library, I will tag the title "Library: <title>" and add a link back to the Library at the bottom of your post(for when bbCode comes back). Then, I will move your thread to the scripting tips, but will leave a redirect in the Library. This should alleviate some frustration in getting to the discussion thread, as well as making it easier for everyone to take part is said discussion.
Second, to everyone who has posted to the library in the last two months, I am sorry for the huge delay in Library moderation. It is entirely my fault; the forums stopped emailing me when new posts were hitting during a rather busy point in my life, and since the posts tended to trickle in it didn't occur to me that something might be up. Problem diagnosed and solved!

2 ideas to help fix the library

first, you can delete this post =) second, I have a solution to your linking woes instead of using [.url]stuff[./url] to link posts, use [.img]stuff[./img] this will fallback gracefully as these links will still render as links with BBCode turned on (remove . in the above examples) one small gotcha, if the post with the img style link is previewed/edited, it will revert to url style link in the editing window. but since you have no need to edit your posts linking between forums, shouldn't be an issue (it seems that any urls containing search strings a-la '?' will work in img tags, as do a few others if using [.img=]stuff[./img]) third, could you add a sticky regarding the grease monkey plugin for firefox, opera, etc, ( and http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/WEB-156/ ) so that the nooblets know about it and having a choice to be able to view example scripts? that'd be great =) and last, could you PM me or IM me inworld, or heck even email me at [email]NoxFerocia@gmail.com[/email] to let me know you got this message? I liked how the library used to work, but now the timing of updates (not a complaint) means that library posts can drop off the first page of tips before they get moved, and thus likely not seen. if the above solution doesn't suit you could you add your own single comment below posted library scripts so they'll make it to the first page on being moved? thanks and much appreciation for the work on the library forum
