Does anybody out there have a nice business card script that when you wear the business card on your HUD and click it, it gives you the LM and a notecard?

How about a script that offers you the business card when you arrive on the parcel? Is that even possible or do you really have to step/land on a rug or something to make that happen?

Please forgive if these questions are very basic. I'm just learning the basics and trying to start a business at the same time. :)
