Door mat collision script needed

Hello everyone, I am hoping that somenoe can help. I am in need of a script that can be placed in a mat or within the doors themselves that allows the doors to open upon the approach of an avatar. Having to click to open a door can be a pain and this would be much simpler. Please post scripting here if you can along with instructions on how to use it and where or what to put it in, and thank you for your assistance. I have no scripting experience and can use the help.
