NeonAnim script wanted for L$

I want to make my own store signs flashing NEW etc... and as I can make my own signs anyway would prefer to do that and use the script.

I 'thought' it was just a texture cycle script set to a high speed alternating from said texture ' 'NEW!' to a plain alpha texture?

If I am wrong then fair enough, can any one sell me one?

Or point me in the right direction?

Plz send me a notecard as my IMs get capped.
