help with a hun

I am trying to make a hud for my friend she has a slave coller and wants a dropdown hud menu for it. but I am lost on making a scipt for it. first i don't know how to make a drop down hud so if anyone has a script for that plz help. and second i do not know how i would go about attaching the hud to the coller to that when she has it on the hud comes up
Please help me she is going to pay me 2,000L for it and i really need the cash for rent
