Would Customer Operated Virtual Governments need courts?

If they would, how would one go about selecting them?

Yes! Our government is implemented with a branch of government (the Philosophical branch) that is dedicated to science, law, and constitutional interpretation. I think it's one of the most critical branches of any government, as not only does it act as a court but it promotes a democracy to the status of a republic countering the possibility of pure mob rule.

given that humans are fallible. courts would be a good idea - to provide some checks and balances.
