Tree removal Request

Hi I bought a parcel in Sinuiju and i had written a few request ot the neighbor to pull his tree back a bit , the radious overlaps into the Hidden Secret in world band promotion Kiosk.

I have had no reponse from themand thought i would try Forums next.
the Tree is at Sinuiju 36,206,44. It doesnt evn had to be removed, just pulled back a little.
