Today 2 of my friends and me tried going on a balloon ride though Ambleside, and it kept failing to depart, can you use your editing tools, or let the right person know so that the balloon can be fixed, it is at Ambleside 59,34,32

Hello Becky. I checked on the balloon in Ambleside and it appears to be working properly. To start the tour, have a seat in the balloon and then type the word, go. If this is still an issue, please repost and I will look into it again.
