Prim removal on Lineata?

Hi, there's a 4080m chunk of land on the Lineata sim that is Linden land (I think the whole sim is, actually) where some prims are starting to pile up because it seems autoreturn is not on. Specifically, the location is around Lineata, 9,224,34. Can autoreturn be activated for this area please? Thanks!
