When the road comes though Noonkkot, could it become a little more "rural" and less "highway", at least for the last hundred meters of Noonkkot and the first half of the next sim over... where it's running past Hoofer Station, the Coonspiracy, Summer's landing, and the Gardens and Spa?

Hello Argent. The road through Noonkkot will likely be asphalt highway. Roads can span many regions and encounter many themes along the route. The type of road used may or may not fit the themes residents along the route have chosen.
