Hi Guy,
I don't want extra fuzz or angry fellow citizins!!
The Pine Tree problem is on the border of Hanbok and Yesan and as I said before not only on my property! I hope you will find a solution.
The owner I talked to is Ivy Darrow. At my request she moved most trees at her side adjoining my parcels.
In the mean time I placed some temporary hedges on my side (Hanbok 165,255 and further) and (Hanbok 105,255) not my idea of a good solution!
Thanks for your help!!

Kind Regards,

Dutchie

Hi,
A nabour in a adjoining sim has used the one prim Linden Pine trees for a border markation. The trees wove way over the borderline on my parcels (and other residents' that are not that much online so they didn't notice till now). I asked the owner to move them backwards or remove them completly because the branches enter my houses and prevent me to walk and build properly at my parcels.
The neighbour was willing (she said) to do something about it. She asked permision to enter my property to do so. I didn't say yes at first because I didn't understood the need because the problem is on her side. My reaction made her angry.
She told me that she can't move the trees because of rented houses at her side!Branches will enter her own houses!!!
I've asked her then to remove them..... At first she said she wouldn't do that because of the view.
I've build some houses and a scraper right there that's true. I understand the argument about the high scraper but the pine trees where there even before I started building. She never asked permission to use them. Now she has build a 20 meter or even higher screen with plants on her side in front of the scraper and the houses (instead of the pinetrees) with an ugly blank wooden backside at my side. And her proposition is that she will remove the screens if we make a new borderline with other trees (containing much more prims) and split the extra prims and costs. Is that reasonable? She is harrasing me in a way I think. What are her and my rights???

Kind Regards,
