Tree Removal on North Border/Roadside of Lebeda

There are two trees on public land on the north side of the road near Lebeda 180,240 right in front of a 336sqm parcel that I just purchased.

Can I get those two trees removed please? I want to put in a walkway/driveway/landscaping/etc..
