This land is owned by an avatar that no longer exists. I'd like to buy this land somehow. How long does it take for land like this to be cleared up and put on the market ?

Sorry, that's not information we give out - it will go up for auction when the 60 day period has passed, and I'm not at liberty to say when that will be. Just keep an eye out! ^_~
