Overhanging object needs removal

An object from a neighbouring parcel is overhanging the boundary at Seogwipo 104/15/64. It is part of a disassembled house.

The owner had not replied to IMs asking him to move it. He was online today and ignored further IMs, but then came and stood near us without saying anything. He did not respond to chat either, but kept following us around at a distance of between 9 and 11 meters.

I think it is clear he's not going to move the overhanging objects. Your help in removing them would be appreciated.
